Katata-koso-tori Tae Sabaki!

Practicing taesabaki is essential for understanding the techniques that use them as a basic starting point. This post features three taesabaki that are used as the basis of several katatakosotori techniques and are often on lower Kyu tests.
We didn’t include it in this post, but it also helps to do the basic katatakosotori grab practice, which is just two people switching between defending and performing the grab.
