How to: Happo Undo (Eight Directional Exercise)
Typically on one of the later ki exams, the happo undo exercise practices foot movement for various techniques, specifically ones with bokkens.
It can be done two different ways, depending on which foot is forward. This post shows the one starting from the right foot, which means that every step is towards the right.
